Under the aegis of Santosh Memorial Education Welfare Society, an institution in the name and style of Santosh Memorial Rehabilitation & Research Center has been established at Nasibpur, Narnaul Mahendergarh Road, Haryana and running the following Rehabilitation Council of India approved programmes in the field of Special Education. It is one of its first kind of Institution in Narnaul and is catering to children with and without disabilities in an holistic manner. It has estbalished a teacher training institution for preparing special educators with approval from Rehabilitation Council of India, Government of India and NOC from Government of Haryana. The college is affiliated to Indira Gandhi University, (a State Government University) Meerpur, Haryana.

The society has established a Special School / Intervention Centre at the Santosh Memorial Rehabilitation & Research Centre. It is providing services to hundreds of Children with Special Needs from different disability areas such as Mental Retardation, Hearing impairment, Cerebral palsy, Aurtism etc. The Special School provides its vehicle to bring the children from different villages of Narnaul. The centre provides facilities of Special Education, therapeutics, sports, recreation, vocational training, rehabilitation, uniform, transportation among others through its team of well qualified and experienced professionals registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. National institute of Open Schooling has also granted its affiliation to the society for covering the curriculum of the CWSN.
